Dr. Roach is extremely professional and gave us all the information we needed since the beginning of treatment. Even though English is my second language, I had no lack of communication neither the feeling of not being sure of what it was going on. I recently did a FET at another clinic and... they did not bother listening to my concerns and told me to wait until after the holiday weekend before I come back in. ...Dr. Kovanci kindly took me in and performed and ultrasound/bloodwork and let me know that I had a missed miscarriage. These things do happen, but when they do you want a doctor who listens to your concerns and does not tell you to wait a week before coming in.

I highly recommend this fertility clinic. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to work with. Communication is top notch. We worked with Dr. Kovanci and he is absolutely amazing to work with.
